Education
I graduated with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brandman University in 2017. I am a Licensed mental health counselor (LH61021005) serving the state of Washington. I am also a certified EMDR therapist. For more information about EMDR visit https://www.emdria.org/
Experience
I have extensive experience working in community mental health with a diverse population. I have served Individuals, families, and children. My experience with children and families includes school based work with kids ranging from kindergarten to high school. Currently I have been working with adults in a private practice setting focusing on trauma, depression, and anxiety.
Types Of Therapy
My approach to therapy is curious, gentle, and collaborative. I find deep meaning in helping clients access their own strengths, inner wisdom, and self-compassion. My work is trauma-informed and often includes mindfulness, meditation, movement, breath work, and inner child components. I am trained and certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is an evidenced based treatment for trauma.
Fees for Services
Individual 50 min Therapy Sessions
$150
* I am able to provide a superbill (receipt) for services which you can submit to your insurance if you wish to use your out of network benefits. A good faith estimate will be provided to you. EMDR Intensive Session
starts at $300
EMDR intensives are an effective way to treat trauma for the maximum relief/results in the shortest amount of time. This is not covered by insurance. These can be customized to meet your needs and available for a minimum of 2 hours up to half day sessions. Call for more information.
